Book Report: Biography about Jonah Lomu!


Title:The title of the story is called Jonah Lomu.


Author:The author in this story is Norman Bilbrough.

This book describes the life of Jonah Lomu.

This person was born on the 12 of May 1975 in Auckland.

Describe the person's main accomplishments. Tell why the person is important.

Jonah Lomu is important because when he was little he was a sick kid and he is important because he was an inspiring rugby player and kids want to be just like him.He also played for the All Blacks in 1995 World Cup and not many people knew how to tackle him. Jonah was also special because he had a house just built for him so that he can fit properly and he doesn’t have to bend down.Did you know that Jonah Lomu is the biggest All Black in the history.

List two interesting facts you learned about the person in your book.

1.Jonah Lomu played in the 1998 Super 12 series and when they go to church or somewhere, Jonah Lomu couldn’t fit in the car because that time he was a giant boy.

2.He got sent to Wesley College in Pukekohe to be taught some discipline.

What I like about this text is that he was inspiring and he was a person that everyone wants to be in the future.I also like this book because he is a superhero and I want to be just like him.
